Self-Coaching Through a Pandemic
It is incredible how much life has shifted in the last five months. Every element and aspect of life has changed in unimaginable ways, creating layers of crisis and challenge for us at an individual level, as parents and students, in our communities and social systems, in hospitals, schools, businesses, states, countries and around the globe. With increased concern around our physical and mental health, we need to draw deeply on our internal reserve of resilience, perseverance, and fortitude. I wrote this article for Training Industry magazine on self-coaching techniques we can all practice and employ to help ourselves, our families, and those closest to us through these challenges, and to build a positive focus when it’s needed most.
